Wasilla, Palmer, Mat-Su, Real Estate Year To Date

It’s been several months since I did a year-to-date look at the market. This chart looks at the first 10 months of the year. As you can see, we have had some small changes this year.

We have a drop in volume by 4.5% but increase in sales price by about 3%.

In general, things have been pretty flat for the last few years. Take a look at the median price for 2009-2011. That is the very definition of a flat market.
