Wasilla Real Estate Statistics For 2010

I decided to compare this summer’s sales to last summer. These details actually show the summers between May 1 and September 1 of each year. I was surprised by what I found and don’t have time to analyze it fully until later today but thought I would post it anyway. I’ll do an update later.

It was surprising to see exactly the same number of sales for both summers. Essentially these numbers show a market that did not change from one summer to the next. But this is a very broad snapshot of the market. I believe a more detailed look at the market will show a different picture. I’ll do the detail later.
